The Rules

Speak to the customer within two hours of receiving customer details and no later than 5pm.
Rule 2
Reconfirm the agreed date and time for you to attend and the description of what they need.
Rule 3
Give all customers 10% of all invoices moving forward.
Rule 4
Confirm any quotes in writing with all your contact details.
Rule 5
Carrier out work required as your own customer and invoice accordingly including 10% discount off the final bill.

Report back any problems you may experience to Plumbing TP.
